If your looking for a way to practice indooors, and don't have access to a large building, this is it. With the air control valve, you can regulate speed and distance. Automatic feed lets you practice alone, and it is very portable. The golf ball size wiffle balls, both perforated and solid gives you options. I would like to try a good quality foam ball. The unit is a little noisy in a closed space. It's screaming for someone to make a ball just for it. Great for improving hand and eye and developing a quick bat. The kids I teach love it. We finish some workouts with a little home run derby using a 1"inch training bat. This will make you swing at the center of the ball. I would buy it again. We use this during all the snow days. I haven' tried this outside, but I'm sure it will perform well, unless it's windy.

We received the Pik Products Grand Slam Pitching Machine in 2 days from Amazon Prime BUT the product came WITHOUT directions for assembly, WITHOUT instructions for use and WITHOUT ANY WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR HELP. We were very excited about getting the machine but I feel like the company just threw their product in a box without any thought to the consumer. The machine came partially assembled and at that it was assembled what seems to be wrong but again, how can you tell if you don't have directions for assembly?! My husband put it together the best he could by looking at the picture but the machine isn't working properly. Can someone from the company contact us please? Otherwise we will be returning the product.

Just bought a Grand Slam. Constant jams in the ball reservoir between almost every pitch. I tried to E-mail the company but they will not go through. I tried to call the company but both numbers go to the same answering system. I have never been able to talk to a human. Noone answers my phone messages. I do not want to return the thing yet if they will make it right, but I will before the 30 day trial runs out. Frustrated by poor service. Doug
