I BELIEVE THE RAWLINGS COMPANY TO BE REPUTABLE, HOWEVER THEIR PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM PROTECH SPORTS WAS MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY. WHEN I CONTACTED RAWLINGS I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WOULD ONLY EXCHANGE THE LEFT OVER UNITS. I WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT A COMPANY LIKE THEIRS WOULD OF GONE A LITTLE UP AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
