These are a convenient tool to train in all aspects of softball; batting and throwing (pitching). Whether we are in our front yard or warming up at a field before a game these total control training balls are a must!

Purchased Total Control practice sand balls for my daughters 10U softball team. They work great as the girls can warm up before a game without much space and the weighted sand balls ensure the girls are swinging through their swing. Sand balls are made of excellent quality and should last for years.

This is a great training aid to teach hitting through the ball. Since the flight is very limited its also good for teaching batters to keep their heads down and on the ball. Feedback is instant.
