My son is in Williamsport Little League and these are the balls that the local rec department uses for 11-12 year olds. After learning this, I purchased a bucket for practices. These come individually wrapped and wear well. My son and I use them continually for batting practice and I am well-pleased. I have not noticed anything on the leather, seams, or lettering that would suggest these are either blemished or seconds. They came pristine and I would order another bucket without reservation.

I bought these balls after my present bucket was getting pretty beat up. The difference was huge. In addition to the "new" factor, the raised seams on the A1030's permitted me to gain significantly more accuracy through greater control in pitching. This improved the on field batting practice for my 11 and 13 year old sons by giving them more strikes to hit. When they connected, the A1030's had more of a bounce than normal balls. That made for more excitement in our threesome practices as they were hitting them farther - much farther. The 13 year old had never gone over the 225 fence but now he's in the 240 range. These balls are not game legal but are dynamite for practice.

My husband bought these for his amateur baseball league. Great practice balls, very affordable. They shipped fast and we didn't find even one defective ball in the lot. Would highly reccommend to anyone who is looking for an economical choice for practice balls.
