5These are excellent baseballs
By P. Mann
This product arrived in two packages, one containing a bucket and the other five one-dozen boxes of baseballs. And yes, all five dozen balls fit in the bucket. There's even room for a few more.

Like many, I've had the experience of using inferior balls. You hit them with a Ruthian clout, and they travel dozens of feet. Not these balls. These fly--perhaps not as far as legitimate Major League balls, but farther than many comparably priced practice balls.

When I first tried these balls out, I was hitting fungo. First, I used seven balls I had purchased at a local dollar store. These balls are not, by any stretch, good. I hit them hard, and the infielders got lots of practice while the outfielders learned to charge in and scoop up line drives. Then I switched to the MacGregor balls. The first one flew over the outfielder's head. Same swing, same contact but different balls, very different results. I highly recommend these balls for practice.

(In case it matters, the balls are clearly labeled as practice balls. Also, I had this product in my Amazon.com shopping cart for several days and saw during that time that the price fluctuated quite a bit. You might want to make sure you're getting a good price.)

5Highly recommend
By Andy Jayroe
Baseballs are in good shape, high quality leather, very good for practice. Beats the pants off the cheaper vinyl balls.

5Little weary, but great product
By M. Janes
I was a little weary of the quality at first having used poor quality baseballs in the past, but that was put to rest pretty quick with these. They are great baseballs for practice, we use them to start the season in our clinic as the instructors like to work with "pearls" and then they are put into our bucket for BP all season. Only problem we had was players walking off with them they liked them so much. I suggest marking them so that doesn't happen.
